Adam Hayes
Board Chair

As the owner and operator of Milestones Realty, Adam has helped countless South Shore families through significant life transitions. 

The father of a fantastic young adult with special needs, Adam's understanding of true negotiating has been honored with doctors, hospitals, health plans, and school systems. 

Adam brings energy, empathy, and joy to every  task he encounters. He was the life force behind acquiring the land that will become the Chapman Farm School campus.


Joseph Sullivan
Treasurer

Joe has over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance for a range of organizations including the Stop & Shop corporation. 

Whether he is working with numbers on a spreadsheet or kids on a ball field, Joe approaches  situations with respect and concern. Joe was a major support in the thought process behind the financing in the acquisition of the land for The Chapman Farm School. 


Ariana chapman

Ariana Chapman is graduate of Stonehill College and has worked as an accounting manager in both the sporting goods and biotech industries. 

She is married to Joshua Chapman, who grew up on Chapman Farm in East Bridgewater, and is committed to moving the Chapman Farm School into the future. 

Josh and Ariana live on the North Shore with their baby boy, two dogs and cat. In her spare time, she chochets and teaches color guard. 


DEBBY KERR

Debby Kerr is a former full time teacher, part time farmer, and house builder. She graduated from the University of Vermont with her BS in Education and from Boston University with her Masters in Social Work. Debby has worked with children of all ages and learning styles, parents and families for over 25 years. She is currently a clinical social worker at MVPediatrics Health and Wellness Center in Quincy. 
She and her husband John have two adult children, two dogs and many interests including skiing, yoga, gardening, reading, and traveling. 

PHIL MELANSON

Phil joined South Shore Bank in 2008 as a Vice President and an Infinex Investment Executive after spending eight years at Bank of America Investment Services. Phil's mission is to act as the primary advisor to his clients in helping them define the direction of their financial life. Phil carries the Series 6,7,63,65 registrations and life, accident and health insurance licenses.

After attending Westfield State College, he entered the U.S. Coast Guard, spending seven years as an electronics technician with distinction. He resides in Weymouth MA and enjoys golf, cycling and spending time with his family.


BRUCE WEINSTEIN, MD

Dr. Weinstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University and then completed his medical studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He fulfilled his internship and residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and Harvard Community Health Care. Dr. Weinstein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Weinstein currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Compass Medical.
